Patta No. 392/2001 is issued for 0.39 Ha, out of which in survey number 184/7 0.04 Ha is included. The powerhouse (0.012 Ha) area is situated in the above land. Patta is issued under Kerala Land Assignment (Regularisation of encroachment of forest land prior 01.01.1977) rules, 1993, which disreserves conditionally as per rule 3, which are personal cultivation, or for house sites or for shop sites. As micro hydel project is not under the rule 3, FCA clearance is required for power house site (0.012 Ha) also. 2. Since for the purpose of micro hydel power generation, the status of above land is forests, no NOC from revenue department is seen attached.
