Moreover KML file is not prepared in polygon shape showing the private land in the different color. Lay out plan and KML file along with the documentary proof that road is constructed before 1980 be uploaded. Working plan prescription may be reviewed. Bill of NPV may be uploaded as per the revised rate. Please scrutinized the complete proposal as per the latest guidelines.
