proposed activity involves laying of OFC through underground without having to alter the landscape or hinder the movement of wild animals across the road or the alignment of the pipeline. Hence, I recommend this proposal for seeking diversion of land.

The proposed path lies along the existing road from Bevanur Forest Check Post to Ootamalai – Biligundulu, which is passing through the Pennagaram RF and Woddapatti RF of Hogenakkal Range. As the proposed alignment of laying OFC is lies along one side of the existing black topped road, the negative impact of project is very minimal. The User Agency agreed to fill the excavated earth immediately after laying cables.
