46M/s Nagar Panchayat Banbasa, applied EC under Proposal No. IA/UK/INFRA2/466182/2024, dated 20/04/2024, and the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the project were granted by MoEF&CC on 20/11/2024. As per Specific Condition 1.2 outlined in the ToR and the MoM, the project proponent is required to submit Forest Clearance during the Environmental Clearance application process. Kindly take the necessary action as required. The ToR letter is attached for your reference.
