The State Government shall charge the Net Present Value (NPV) of the forest area measuring 3.846 ha. diverted under this proposal from the user agency as per eh orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated: 30-10-2002 dated: 01-08-2003 in IA No. 566 in WP (C) No.202(C)/95 & the guidelines issued by the Ministry vide letter No. 5-1/1998-FC(Pt.II) dated 18-09-2003 & 22-09-2003 in this regard
Complied with Rs. 4,17,340.00 towards CA and Rs. 34,05,180.00 towards NPV totaling Rs. 39,50,000.00 vide DD No.322376789 Dt 20.08.2005 has been deposited as per the letter of the PCCF to Government as shown during the monitoring

All the funds received from the user agency under the project shall be transferred to (CAMPA). Till such time an appropriate Head of account is communicated in this regard such funds shall be kept in the form of fixed deposits in the name of concerned Divisional Forest Officer or the Nodal Officer in any Nationalized Bank as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests dated 22-03-2004. The State Government shall utilize all the funds other than NPV till a direction is given by the central Government in respect of utilization of NPV of the diverted forest land
