Matter related to correctness of demarcation of Mining Lease boundary which is within the Karma Village has been shown to The Conservator of Forest as well as official of GIS Cell by our Consultant M/s Gems Projects Pvt Ltd, Ranchi dated 10.11.2016. Same has also been discussed with you in presence of our Consultant M/s Gems Projects Pvt Ltd, Ranchi

we have rectified the Boundary pillars location of BP1, BP13, BP14, BP15, BP16, BP17, BP18, BP19 & R7 of the proposed Mining Lease area on site as well as on forest diversion proposal. Now the southern ML boundary of proposed Mine area is entirely fall within the Village Karma. So far the 7.5m wide statutory limit all along the lease boundary is concern; the same has already given in the proposal in PART I. Safety Zone plan has already been enclosed as Plate No VI in the proposal.

we have rectified the Boundary pillars location of BP1 of the proposed Mining Lease area on site as well as on forest diversion proposal including in DGPS report of Geo Referenced Digital Plan. Now the southern ML boundary of BP 1 of proposed Mine area is fall within the Village Karma.
