Kindly refer to your EDS dated 27.05.2022, according to Handbook of guidelines of Forest Conservation Act (1980) issued by MoEFCC on 8th March 2019, identification of suitable land for Compensatory Afforestation has to be made available to user agencies by the State Government. However, in case of unavailability of such land in your division, you may kindly request the same to the Circle Office for allotment in other forest divisions
