If any “deemed forest” area falls in the proposal, the same should be included in the proposal otherwise an undertaking that the ‘proposal has been examined for involvement of deemd forests and that it is certified that no deemed forest land falls in area of the complete project” need to be submitted by the DCF coutersigned by the CCF. With regard to identification of land falling under the category of “Deemed Forest” , DCF/CCF are advised to refer to the relevant orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court and the direction issued by the Department in this regard for time to time. 2. Scheme for medicinal plants should be taken for 0.5 ha.
