The corridor is between the Mathikettan Shola National Park and Pambadam Shola National Park of Kerala state. Hence the User Agency is directed to get the clearance of National Board of Wildlife for obtaining prior approval under Forest Conservation Act, 1980.

Currently the proposal is under review with the State Board of Wildlife and the TimeLine details of the proposal is enclosed herewith.
