Part 2
1. No trees involved under proposed diversion. However, crop density has been shown 0.7, which needs to be clarified by the DFO.
2. DFO has reported violation, but Undertaking from User Agency to pay penal NPV as worked out by the DFO has not been uploaded.
3. New rates of NPV has been incorporated in the proposal. However, in the CA plan, old rate of NPV has been shown. Necessary correction in CA plan to be done.

1. DPR of the project
2. As per instructions of the Nodal Officer, FCA issued vide his No. PCCF/FCA/3297/1127-29 Dated 18-05-2022, SOI toposheet & Geo-referenced map need to be authenticated by the UA.
3. Specific recommendations to be uploaded as per prescribed format as given in clause 6 of Forest Conservation (Rules) ,2003- Appendix Part-II
4. As per component wise breakup given by the UA in form- A B2 4, about 10 structures / works have been mentioned with area involved under each work/structure, but similar details have not been given in layout plan and Joint inspection report by the DFO/UA.
