Following shortcomings were found in the said proposal-
1. Total area, forest land & JJ land proposed to be diverted is 22.6036 ha. but certificate pertaining to FRA has been provided only for 15.29977 ha.
2. Total Jungle-Jhari land proposed to be diverted is 16.6562 ha. but NOC for only 6.81 ha. has been provided by revenue department.
3. No Compensatory Afforestation land as required under the provision of FCA has been provided.
4. Site specific Wildlife Management Plan as required has not been submitted along with the proposal.
The above said shortcomings need to be complied for processing diversion proposal at the earliest.

Following issues have been identified,
1-Two villages—Bhawarpahar and Biru—fall within the ESZ of Palkot Wildlife Sanctuary. Accordingly,
a. Modify Part I of the form regarding wildlife clearance status.
b. Amend the undertaking that states no part of the project lies in the ESZ.
2-The CA land map is missing.
3-In Form A, under Point I ,fourth sub-point, it is incorrectly stated that all forest is located in Simdega Range of Simdega Division.
4-In the detailed project note, under transmission line details, Saraikela Forest Division is wrongly mentioned instead of Simdega.
