The detail of forest land mentioned at page number 21 shows 1.3711 ha area for diversion whereas RD wise detail of forest land proposed at page number 100 shows it as 1.6056 ha. The breakup of area/ length of forest land already broken and forest land required for new construction of road is also not mentioned separately. Please submit the required documents duly signed by the concerned authority.

1. There is violation in the present proposal but it has not been clarified whether the proposal is the part of list of 2183 roads as was reported to Hon’ High Court of HP or otherwise.
2. Against the column No. 8 i of Part-II, NA has been mentioned whereas detail of wildlife present in and land around the project is required to be mentioned.
3. Against the column No. 11 i a b no detail of violation has been mentioned, the detail of violation is required to be mentioned as per the committee report.
4. Penal NPV for the violation bill may also uploaded online portal.
In addition to above EDS,DFO Kunihar may also be asked to submit status of 2183 cases of Violation of FCA 1980. How many cases have been regularized and what is the number of cases yet to be regularized. User agency to s

Out of 11 Nos. of roads pertaining to Kunihar Forest Division in the list of 2183 roads only one road has been regurgitated till date.
