The Range Officer has neither signed the report nor personally endorsed it, and it appears to have been signed by someone else on his behalf. Moreover, the report has not been authenticated by the DFO. This raises serious concerns regarding accountability. The joint inspection report must be duly conducted and signed in person by both the DFO Territorial and the DFO Wildlife.
2. Although the CAT Plan has been uploaded, the copy of the approval letter under which the CAT Plan has been sanctioned has not been provided.
