Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
Special objective of management: The following are the special objective of management of the working circle: i-To conserve, improve and extend the protective cover of the forests for soil, water encironmental, wildlife conservation and regulation of the stream flow. ii-To re-forest the blank and degraded areas by raising suitable native species which are important for soil and water conservation, fodder, fuel, NTFP and wildlife in the sites suitable for them to the maximum extent possible. iii-To improve the biodiversity of the area by removing exotic species like Teak, Eucalyptus etc & planting/promoting species natural to these areas & also to improve ecosystem by removing weeds like lantna, parthenium etc. iv-To give the present growing stock in miscellaneous forests rest during Plan period.
