From the perusal of the proposal, it could be seen that the proposed 800 KV HVDC Transmission line from Raigarh to Pugalur will serve the purpose for providing extensive electricity distribution to the people of Tamilnadu and Karnataka states. Taking in to consideration, I recommend for the diversion of 6.36 ha of forest land for the purpose.
