Since the proposed improvement work of Theni Bye pass road is not falling under Eco Sensitive Zone and there is no spontaneous tree growth, no endangered species of flora and fauna found in the proposed area and also does not have any monuments which area archaeological important / heritage site / defense establishment etc. and Since there is no other alternative feasible location available and there is an existing road, the diversion of 2.839 Ha. of Forest Land may be considered.
