I have inspected on 23.04.2020 and 09.06.2020 the proposed site for formation of Road from Natham to Thuvarankurichi traverses through Natham tehsil in Chinnayampatti Karadu Reserved Forest. The area proposed by the user Agency is 3.708 Ha. land and there is no alternative land for the proposed project except forest land. The User Agency has not started any work proposed in Chinnayampatti Karadu RF. This project involves the formation of NH road at Chinnayampatti Karadu Reserved Forests of 50+691 to 51+309 CHN distances, the total length of the road is 618 M. and total area needed is 3.708 Ha. The proposed area is having plain surface and there are 455 spontaneous trees involved in the proposed area. This project in Chinnayampatti Karadu Reserved Forest has minimum effects on environment and more beneficial to the public. The proposed area for diversion does not have any archeological and heritage related monuments. There is no Tribal Rights affected in this project. There is no threat to major wildlife species. A scattered population of Slender loris may be present due to the adjoining Reserved Forests. This project in Chinnayampatti Karadu Reserved Forests has minimum effects on environment and more beneficial to the public. Hence this project is recommended.

The site has been inspected by DFO, Trichirappalli on 23.01.2020 and 25.02.2020. The alignment done in the field for the proposed road does not involve the Reserve Forest of Thuvarankurichi Range, Trichirappalli Division. Hence it is submitted that the proposal of Natham Thuvarankurichi road does not involve forest land of Thuvarankurichi Range, Trichirappalli Division. In view of above, no diversion of Reserve Forest land is required for the proposed road in respect of Trichirappalli division.
