This proposal is scrutinized with the existing directives of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and provisions of Forest Conservation Act,The proposed project is recommended with following conditions. 1. The project should be completed within a period of six months from the date of approval. 2. No breaking of fresh land should be carried out other than the permission sought for. 3. No chemicals / explosives should be used. 4. Unwanted materials should not be dumped inside the reserve. 5. Adequate precautions should be taken to avoid any damage to flora and fauna and should take soleresponsibility for any loss in this regard. 6. The work should be carried out only form 8.00AM to6.00 PM and well informed to the concerned Forest Range Officer in this regard to the daily commencement,progress and completion of the work. 7. Existing ban orders issued by the appropriate authority will be applicable. 8. Movement of wildlife should not be disturbed. 9. No materials should be collected from the forest area 10. No labour camp/cooking is allowed inside the reserved forest. 11. Any other condition that may be imposed from time to time for the Protection of improvement to flora and fauna in the forest area shall be applicable. 12. Monthly report of compliance of the conditions stipulated should be furnished to the District Forest Officer, Nilgiris Forest Division.
