M/s Reliance Jio Infocomm limited, No 89,Dr Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai 4 has seeking prior permission of Central Government under Section 2 Forest Conservation Act,1980 for diversion of 0.54 ha of Parigam R.F for implementation of the project for laying of Optical Fiber Cable OFC along the road side from Vadakkanandhal to Thumbai road section over a length of 17.99 Kms via Parigam, Kondiyanantham across Parigam RF in Villupuram District vide their online uploaded proposal No FP/TN/Others/38130/2019. It is due for inspecting the project area by the District Forest Officer, Villupuram. Accordingly, I inspect the project area on 29.07.2021. During the field visit, Representative of the User Agency, Forest Range Officer, Kallakurichi & Innadu with Ranges staff are there. They have proposed for laying of Optical Fiber Cable OFC along the high way road side from Vadakkanandhal to Thumbai road section over a length of 17.99 Kms via Vadakkananthal,Parigam,Kondiyananthan,Kariyalur,Murugan koil villages across Parigam RF in Kallakurichi District. It is existing older High way road. There is no tree felling involved in this project. There is no hindrance to the Flora and Fauna. There is no spontaneous tree species. There is no elephant corridor. The forest area involved in the project is as follows. Sl.
