5. Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion : The area proposed comes under Protection Working Circle where the normal forest protection activities including fire protection is prescribed.
6. Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion : The project involves laying of underground cable for 11 KV transmission line to a length of 1.7 km at a depth of 1.2 m along the road side. Vulnerability to erosion is minimum.

 (i). Details of wildlife present in and around the forest land proposed for diversion : The forest area supports wild animals like elephant, leopard, sambar deer, mouse deer etc.

  Details of Protected Area and comments on the impact of Project on the ESZ : The Periyar Tiger Reserve is situated at an approximate aerial distance of four km from the proposed site. The present work proposed is laying of UG cable of 11 KV which is a very minor work with little disturbance. No trees are required to be felled in the project site. The ecological impact of the project is nil as far as the protected area is concerned.
 (iv). Whether any national park, wildlife sanctuary, biosphere reserve, tiger reserve, elephant corridor, wildlife migration corridor etc., is located within 1 Km. from boundary of the forest land proposed for diversion : No
