the proposed project is a tunnel road . no tree cutting is required except in the portion where bridge has to be constructed for a river in starting.

As far as the disturbance to forest area is concerned the chances by an underground tunnel is less compared to an over ground road. proximity to flood, decrease in ground water table, chances of landslides, disturbance to fauna and flora etc. should be studied thoroughly by a competent authority before getting into the project.
