Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
The compartment 2a/N falls under Reboisement Working Circle and comprises of natural blanks. The compartment has to be artificially restocked by plantation and sufficiently protected. The plantation areas should be fenced and other measures like Soil Conservation works and planting/ dibbling needs to be carried out by choosing the right species.

Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion :
The area is almost blank and the slope vary from gentle to precipitous. Hence the area is very much vulnerable to erosion.
