A proposal has been received by this office from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for diversion under FCA 1980 of 0.0486790 Hectares of Protected Forest land for non forest purpose. The project envisages the Diversion of Protected Forest Land for Retail Outlet On Mathura Sadabad Jalesar Road SH 122 New Km 70 CH 69.411 Khasra No. 1378, Village Jalesar Bahar Chungi, Tehsil Jalesar District Etah. The Recommendation of the land in proposal has been done by me on dated 26 08 2021
