The Dharmghar Kotamanya motor road to Chipcheiya motor road is not connected to any motorway yet due to the advanced agricultural land, the main occupation of the people of the region is agriculture and animal husbandry but due to lack of traffic facilities, the workers do not get the fair value of their produce. Due to lack of resources, unemployed youth is migrating to outsiders With the creation of a motorway, new employment opportunities will be available locally for the youth only, the development plans of the government will also be implemented, the trend of youth will grow towards agriculture and animal husbandry.
