Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
According to the working plan 2013-14 to 2022-23, the said compartment has been kept in the Sall Forest Promotion and Development Working Circle.
6.
Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion :
On the basis of the geological/geotechnical studies the proposed road of 7.25 km long Shivpuri to Jajal Double lane Motor road was found geologically suitable for construction.

Due to the above proposal being 6.2 km from the aerial distance of Rajaji Tiger Reserve and falling in the eco-sensitive zone, wildlife mitigation of Rs 67.10 lakh to stop the human wildlife conflict from the letter number 2933 / 12-1 of Uttarakhand, dated 25-03 -2021. A copy of the No Objection Certificate issued with the plan is attached
