5. Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion : According to the working plan 2013-14 to 2022-23, the said compartment has been kept in the Sall Forest Promotion and Development Working Circle.
6. Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion : On the basis of the geological/geotechnical studies the proposed road of 7.25 km long Shivpuri to Jajal Double lane Motor road was found geologically suitable for construction.
7. Approximate distance of the proposed site for diversion from boundary of forest(in km.) : 1.320
8. Significance of the forest land proposed for diversion from wildlife point of view
 (i). Details of wildlife present in and around the forest land proposed for diversion : Leapord, Crow, Indian Rabbit, Owl and Dear etc.
 (ii). Whether forms part of national park, wildlife sanctuary, biosphere reserve,tiger reserve, elephant corridor, wildlife migration corridor etc. : No

  Details of Protected Area and comments on the impact of Project on the ESZ : Due to the above proposal being 6.2 km from the aerial distance of Rajaji Tiger Reserve and falling in the eco-sensitive zone, wildlife mitigation of Rs 67.10 lakh to stop the human wildlife conflict from the letter number 2933 / 12-1 of Uttarakhand, dated 25-03 -2021. A copy of the No Objection Certificate issued with the plan is attached
