I. I inspected the area on 13.08.2019 and found that the proposed linear area of 0.050735 Ha for laying Pipe line falls within Forest College Complex Old SFRC Campus Reserved Land. The area requested by the User Agency is in the edge of the road leading to Central Public Works Department Godown building from Forest campus main Road. The trench size is 0.90 m wide, 1.535m deep and the total area required is 0.050735 Ha. There is no need to fell any trees for this project and it will not affect the fauna and flora of the area. Hence there is no negative impact on Forest and Wildlife. II. The proposed area for diversion does not have any archeological and heritage related monuments. III. There is no Tribal Right affected by this project. IV. Flagship species like tiger is not available in this Reserved land. Hence there is no threat to major wildlife species. V. This project in Forest College Complex Old SFRC Campus Reserved Land has minimum effects on environment. Hence I recommend that an area of 0.050735 Ha of Forest land in the Forest College Complex Old SFRC Campus Reserved land in Coimbatore Range of Coimbatore Division may be diverted for laying feeder main pipe line along the western side of the existing road.
