There is no tree felling required for carrying out this proposal and the pipe line will be laid long the berm of the existing road. The proposed forest area doesn’t fall in any of the Eco Sensitive Zone, Wildlife Sanctuary, National park, Heritage Site and Tiger Reserve. Based on the recommendation of the District Forest Officer, Sivaganga, the diversion of forest land to an extent of 0.1696Ha in Eriyur North Reserved Forest of Thirupathur Range in Sivagangai Forest Division is recommended.
