Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
Under Conservation Working Circle, an extent of 1017.88 ha in Mahimandalam RF area within Palar Watershed is prescribed for immediate treatment for improvement of watersheds; Under Restoration Working Circle, it has been prescribed that, Regeneration of fuel wood / miscellaneous species will be taken @ 100ha & 150ha( TAP) respectively in around 2500 ha in Arcot Range in the plan period .
