  Details and comments on the impact of Project on such areas : The total length of the road is 6.384kms in that 6.279Kms 4.42Ha length of road falls Kesarguli RF within the Cauvery South Wildlife sanctuary and it was excluded vide G.OMsNo.193 Environment Climate change and Forests FR5 department dated 07 11 2022 and the balance length of the road 0.105kms 0.19Ha falls in Thirumalvadi Reserved land which is within the Default Eco Sensitive zone of 10kms Radius Hence the User Agency informed to obtain Wildlife Clearance
 (iii). Whether the forest land proposed for diversion is located within eco-sensitive zone(ESZ) of the Protected Area notified under Wildlife(Protection) Act,1972 (Note: In case, ESZ of a Protected Area is not notified,then,10kms distance from boundary of the Protected Area should be treated as ESZ): Yes
