The User Agency has applied for 0.03 ha Forest land for erection of telecommunication tower. Length and width of the proposed area is 17.36m X 17.32 m, total extent of 0.03 ha. This proposal is scrutinized with the existing directives of Honourable Supreme Court of India and provisions of Forest Conservation Act, 1980.The proposed project for an extent of 0.03ha is recommended with the conditions.
CoimbatoreCF RecommendedThere is no need to fell any trees and it will not affect the flora and fauna of the area. Hence there is no negative impact on forest and wildlife. However since flagship species like tiger is available in the area in these Reserved Forest appropriate Human Wildlife conflict mitigation plan is to be implemented at the cost of User Agency. Hence considering the communication facilities this proposal is recommended.Yes
