From the perusal of the proposal, it could be seen that the proposed diversion for temple portion in RF area is to legalize rights for the temple situated more than 80 years ago in the RF area. No other portion / forest land is sought for diversion for the temple. Therefore, I recommend the diversion of 0.344 Ha. of forest land for the purpose mentioned in the proposal by the user agency.
