I recommended that the proposal for diversion of 3.85 ha. Forest land for the work of Construction of 11 KV HT Line from 33/11 KV Bekariya Substation to Wolkem Industries Ltd. Kheratarla Mine Situated near Uparla and Nichla Khera, Tehsil Bali & Kotra, District Pali & Udaipur, Rajasthan Forest Diversion proposal under FCA 1980. After inspection of site and as per the enclosed report, it is recommended that the project is concerned with 11KV Transmission Line for Wolkem Industries Ltd. Hence sanction may be granted to Wolkem industries Ltd. Udaipur for diversion of this land for 11 KV HT Line from 33/11 KV Bekariya substation to Wolkem Industries Ltd. Kheratarla Mine Situated near Uparla and Nichla Khera, with conditions including without creating/establishing, commercial activities or construction other than Transmission Line in the forest area.
