These sanctuaries have decent population of Tigers, wild boars, Leopard, Caracal, Indian Wolf, Jackal, Sloth Bear, Hyena, Chinkara, Sambhar, Spotted Deer, Fox, Ghariyal and Crocodile etc.

This project being of provide 4G mobile network connectivity, hence is in public interest. Although project is not likely to have any significant damaging impact on the wildlife on their habitat.

In the Karauli district the proposed site for laying of OFC which is notified Keladevi Sanctuary & National Chambal ghariyal Sanctuary together with part of C.T.H. of RTR & DKTR, as per notified forest blocks no road exists in the records. Hence user agency has submitted proposal for diversion under FCA 1980. However, if Forest clearance is issued, then the following conditions must be imposed 1. The user agency will make good the trenches after laying of the OFC. 2. No night camping of labour inside forest/ sanctuary would be allowed. 3. No material i.e. stone / sand / wood etc. shall be collected by the user agency from the forest land/sanctuary area. 4. The user agency will have to submit/obtain necessary NOC/sanctions from the concern agency/department prior to execution of the work. 5. In future prior permission will be taken for maintenance work. 6. The user agency have to deposit amount for NPV and CA as per prevailing rates.
