Proposed area for diversion falls in Beed Jhunjhunu Conservation Reserve which was notified by state govt on 9.3.2012 under wildlife PROTECTION Act 1972 . This project is proposed for construction of underground pipe line of STP water and as per attached undertaking of user agency, this STP water will be supplied free of cost by user agency for the plants and nursery of beed jhunjhunu. There will be no adverse impact by underground pipeline on this area
