After thoroughly studying the project reports and observations made during site inspection the following points are considered while making recommendation 1. This project is very much necessary to reduce electricity related problems of Malkangiri District. 2. The number of trees to be cut are relatively less i.e. 1380 trees in 48.782 ha. Therefore I recommend for diversion of forest land 48.782 ha. for Construction of 220 KV Transmission Line from existing Balimela –Malkangiri 220 KV transmission line to Grid Sub station, Khairput, Govindapalli.
