After thoroughly studying the project reports and observations made during site inspection the following points are considered while making recommendation This project is very much necessary to reduce electricity related problems of Malkangiri District. Therefore, I recommend for diversion of forest land 10.803 ha. for Construction of 33 KV Powerline corridor on N.B.L.S Tower from 220/33 KV Grid Sub station, Khairput, Govindapalli of OPTCL to 33 KV Sub station site near Saptadhara H.E.P. of Avantika Power Projects, Malkangiri.
