Vulnerability of area to erosion is low. However, after implementation to the project due to removal of forest cover the area may be susceptible to soil erosion.

Significance of the forest land proposed for diversion from wildlife point of view
(i).
Details of wildlife present in and around the forest land proposed for diversion :
The area does not form a part of National Park/ Sanctuary/ Biosphere Reserve. It also does not come under any wildlife corridor. But wild animal like Sloth Bear, Bison, Python, King Cobra, Sambar, Deer, Barking Deer, Green Pigeon, Jungle Fowl and Hyena are noticed around the applied area. Also there is frequent movement of wild elephant in the proposed area for diversion and wild elephants are staying in that area for the whole year. Except that, some snakes and Birds are also seen in the proposed area.

Improvement of Existing Road by Black topping PWD Road to Siuli Via Kadaliguda under PMGSY Scheme Package No. OR 11 267/B ii 2016 17 in Ganjam District in the State of Odisha aims to improve the socio economic development and transportation of goods and services of localities. Since, the project is initiated with a larger interest of the general public of the locality & facilitation day to day communication, marketing, education & health services of the locality. The proposal may be recommended for diversion of 2.562 Ha. of Forest land. The stretch of this road passes in hilly and mountainous region. Due to construction of this road the employment in the locality would be generated.
