The proposed forest area is unavoidable and barest minimum for the purpose of implementation of Dhamra – Haldia Pipeline DHPL project, a spur line of Jagadishpur – Haldia – Bokaro – Dhamra Pipeline JHBDPL project in Balasore districts of Odisha by GAIL India Limited A Govt. of India Undertaking . 3. The proposed diversion of forest land will not attract any displacement of people and also will not affect any valuable flora & fauna. 4. The said proposal is for the larger interest of the public. In view of the above, the said proposal is hereby recommended for necessary approval under section 2 of the Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
