The total forest land involved in the project is 0.764 ha. This includes 0.523 ha Sidhmath RF, 0.179 ha Revenue Forest & 0.062 ha Sabik Forest. The proposed area is unavoidable and the barest minimum for the purpose of laying of water pipeline for withdrawal of water. There is no sign of prevalence of endangered, threatened and vulnerable wild fauna in the said area except movement of wild elephant often noticed in the applied areas. The following site specific recommendation is suggested in respect of the aforesaid proposal. 1. Underground electricity line should be done with drilling method within RoW for pipeline 2. Pathway already developed needs to be close with trench across and plantation to be taken up in eroded area. 3. The user agency has already laid pipeline, three phase electric line, constructed pump house over 91.2 m2 built up area. And also a pathway over same area is developed alongside, for which Penal NPV & PCA may be imposed for already used area i.e. 0.764 ha forest land for pipeline and 0.764 ha forest land for pathway as per prevailing guideline. The said proposal, is therefore, submitted for necessary approval u/s 2 ii of FC Act, 1980 taking the aforesaid facts into consideration.
