Significance of the forest land proposed for diversion from wildlife point of view
(i).
Details of wildlife present in and around the forest land proposed for diversion :
Movement of Wild elephants noticed in the applied area as well as in the nearby area. Hare, Jungle Cat, Hanuman Langur, Wild Boar, Bear, Porcupine, Jackal and Monitor Lizard have noticed. Birds viz. Alexandrine parakeet, Cattle egret, Common Kingfisher, Common Myna, Indian peafowl. Jungle babbler, etc. are different bird species noticed in the applied area. Common caster, common crow, Common jezebel, Lemon emigrant and Plain Tiger are some butterflies noticed in the area.
