The geological survey of India has identified and establish that the area of Sukinda Valley contents 96% of Chromite deposits of the country. The instant proposed project area is also. The Chromite storage from the project will be used for captive as well as non-captive purpose. So the location of the project that is Saruabil Cromite Mines of M/s Misrilall Mines (P) Ltd. is necessitated or its mining operation over the forest land in Sukinda Valley.
