The proposal is recommended with the following conditions i Bangaru Jhor/ nallah is flowing through the expansion mine lease area. The user agency should prepare and implement proper diversion plan of the nallah with proper conservation measures of its catchment area. ii Soil and Moisture Conservation Plan over equivalent mine lease area in the catchment of Bangaru Jhar or Brahamani River shouldbe prepared & implemented by forest department at project cost tocompensate loss of hydrological serves. iii The User Agency should handover biologically reclaimed non forest land from its acquired area for taking up Compensatory Afforestation in Degraded Forest land as per undertaking submitted in the proposal. iv Site Specific Wildlife Management Plan and Regional Wildlife Management Plan should be prepared and implemented by the forest department at the project cost.
