1. The forest land over 194.683 ha forest land in village Guali, Panduliposhi, Rugudihi, Laharpada & Tapadihi and Sidhamath Reserved Forest under Barbil Tahasil of Barbil Range, the total mining lease area of 358.258 ha (As per DGPS Survey) within Gulai Iron Ore Mines of M/s OMC Ltd. of Keonjhar District. 2. Topadihi Nala exists inside ML area but as per proposed mining plan its course is proposed to be changed. 3. Hence, before executing any activity, prior approval for diversion of concerned nala must be obtained from competent authority. 4. Graded contour bunds needs to be constructed along slope to reduce soil and water erosion and water purification. 5. Sal seedlings must be planted in Green belt and safety zone. 6. The submitted diversion proposal over 194.683 ha forest land under Keonjhar forest division is forwarded herewith for consideration as per provision under section 2 (ii) of Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 (Amended)
