(i).
Details of wildlife present in and around the forest land proposed for diversion :
The presence of wildlife in and around the forest land proposed for diversion is nominal. No endangered faunal species are found. Only few faunal species such as wild pigs, squirrels, jungle cats, rodents, reptiles and birds are found.

On detection of violation, the EF & CC department, Govt. of Mizoram intervened and all works were immediately stopped and further informed the User Agency to obtain Forest Clearance from the competent Authority under the Forest Conservation Act, 1980. Hence, project proposal for forest clearance was initiated and submitted by the User Agency. Relevant documents are attached.
