Prower power supply is required for a backward district like Tamenglong District. The proposed project aims at providing regular and uninterrupted power supply to the District head quarter and nearby areas. The project will benefit all sections of the society and the is required for the development of the District. The impact on Forests and Wildlife is minimal.

The project aims at developing a robust power system for uninterrupted supply in the Tamenglong Head quarter and its neighbouring areas.
