The RO, Sawombung detected the offence in the month of January, 2015 and informed the ZEO, Imphal East to stop the work vide his letter dated 15/1/2015 and 20/1/2015. The DFO, Central also informed the ZEO to stop the work vide his letter dt. 17/2/2015. Show cause notice was served to the ZEO vide letter No.4/3(a)/2015-16/DFO/C (Ench-5) dt.25/ 11 /2015.
