This sector of the road project Khongkhang Moreh along with the bypass Sita Khudengthabl was earlier accorded IPA as a composite project by the RECin vide letter No. 3MN C 018/2017 SHI/361 62 dated 10th April 2018. However, the funding agency, l.e, ADS withdrew from funding the bypass sector. Therefore, the UA, NHIDCL requested to take up only Khongkhang Moreh sector only. The matter was referred to Regional office which instructed for fresh application vide letter No.3 MN C 018/2017 SHI/2141 dt. 24/9/2018. Hence, this application as processed all over again.
