The techno economics route has been surveyed part of which passes through Reserved Forest and Private Forest area, which is un avoidable. The area is not sensitive for any flora or fauna and the transmission line will not have any adverse affect on the ecology of the area. The proposal is recommended for sanction. The private forest area 10.764 ha of village Maan Tal Mulashi Dist Pune which has been proposed by the user agency is under litigation and currently Special leave petition Civil no 33691/2018 of Hon. Supreme Court status quo is there on the ownership of the land
