132 kv D/C LILO on 132 kv Boisar Dahanu MIDC transmission line for 220 kv Palghar Substation. Further, in present scenario there is heavy load sheding due to lack of power. This transmission line for proposed belt is very essential to construct and operate 132 kv D/C LILO on 132 kv Boisar Dahanu transmission line for proposed 220 kv Palgar substation for zero load sheding to be implemented w.e.f. 2021 and for industrial growth of Palghar District for future upcoming Maharashtra government projects. Hence this public infrastructure is of upmost need and the forest land involved is unavoidable due to the existing alignment of the non forest land. Hence, the proposal is recommended for acceptance. The NPV rate to be charged for the forest land is to be at the rate of Eco Class I. The Project Authority should bear the necessary amount for Survey and demarcation, Artificial Bird Nests, along with the accessories necessary for the effective protection of balance forest area.The Project authority should ensure that only minimum number of trees should be felled and maximum trees are to be retained in the ROW.Medicinal plants,Dwarf species and mangrove restoration could be taken up under the transmission line in the diverted area. The proposal is being recommended for acceptance.
