AlibagThaneDFO RecommendedThis project is for construction of Vododara Mumbai Expressway Phase II SPUR from km 0+000 to km 79.783 km. This project is infrastructure project and public utility project as well as it is a national interest project. Project proponent is ready to bear all the Government levies hence the proposal is being recommended for approval for diverting the required forest land under Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
ThaneThaneDFO Recommended The Project undertaken by government of India NHAI is part of public infrastructure facility and essential for convenient, fast and safe travel. Hence this public infrastructure is of utmost need and the forest land involved is unavoidable due to the existing alignment of the road over non forest land. Hence, the proposal is recommended for acceptance. The NPV rate to be charged for the forest land is to be at the rate of Eco Class I. The project authority should take responsibility for the people affected in the proposed alignment as the proposed alignment in some places is already going through residential encroachments in the forest area. The Project Authority should bear the necessary amount for construction of Chainlink Fencing Length 12380 Mtr., Watch Tower 2 Nos.,Patrolling Vehicle – 2 Nos., Forest Check Post – 1 Nos. and CCTV System for effective protection of balance forest area along with Proposed National Highways and Vehicles of forest officers should be exempted from toll at toll plazas in this project. Details of above Conditional work attached in Annexure I The proposal is being recommended for acceptance.
JawharThaneDFO RecommendedThe proposal for “Development of Vadodara Mumbai expressway Phase II SPUR from km 0.000 to 79+783 in the State of Maharastra .” included Village Nimbavali, Gorad, Kelthan Tal Wada , Dist. Palghar proposed area 15.7617 ha. has been submitted by Project Director, National Highway Authority of India Project implementation Unit Thane . The techno economics route has been surveyed part of which passes through forest area, which is unavoidable. The area is not sensitive for any flora or fauna and the Road Construction will not have adverse affect on the ecology of the area. Hence the proposal is recommended for approval for diverting the required forest land under Forest Conservation Act.1980.
